【PURPOSE OF THE JOB】
Support or lead in-store digital experience & digital innovation, drive traffic to stores.
1. Own and drive the digital channel for KFC brand to build advocacy with our target consumers. 2. Lead and drive digital innovation by new technology & new customer experience. 3. Support and coordinate digital consumer engagement projects 4. Produce and manage a 12 month digital communications calendar. 5. Manage relationships with creative and technical agency partners (contract management, project management, budget responsibility).
- Previous experience of managing large scale digital and/or social media projects (APP, wechat, mobile etc.) from technical scoping to creative development and roll out is essential for this role.
- Strong interest in high-tech & new trends, brand management experience
- Creative person who thinks laterally and inventively, with very strong project management skills
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring deliverables are always to a world class standard.
